The Population of Bangladesh is estimated to grow close to 160 million people. Besides this population, Bangladesh Government is deeply concerned to produce more foods to meet the scarcity of foods. Unique Agrotech Bangladesh Ltd try to work on those projects to meet this volume to produce more fish in a small amount of land.

Before moving into the Venami Shrimp projects we were working on RAS & Poly Pond Fish Farm. According to farmer’s choices and their ideas related to Venami Shrimp Farming Industry, we felt that this industry has a better future prospect; hence we decided to make relation and better improvement among RAS, Poly Pond Bottom Clean Raceway System, IPRS & Venami Shrimp Industry.

In order to improve the RAS, Poly Pond Industry, we felt that farmers existing technical knowledge is not up to date hence our farms required more technical support to improve the efficient fish production. Therefore, we gradually developed and technical team by providing them unique training and other up-to-date technical knowledge to implement a project to present.

Physically inspecting our customer’s farms is more effective than giving advice to the farmers in our office premises; furthermore, aquaculture being a rural people business, a skilled and motivated workforce is the key to our success. An advanced strategy management approach empowers our people to align their activities with the overall strategy and focus on its most important projects. Recently we try to concentrate expand our knowledge of Greenhouse and Horticulture. We know that a Greenhouse is structured with walls and a roof made of transparent material such as glass and poly. Overheating and over cold two of them are harmful to any damage within over raining and overheat or lack of proper irrigation. So we are deeply concerned about this issue and now we started to grow concerned for Greenhouse. How it works, how it’s benefited and or how it’s important for us. Same thing to horticulture.
